Enjoy ground floor waterfront living in this recently renovated condo on one of the most beautiful lakes in Texas, Lake Conroe! Just an hour away from Houston, this condo location offers many activities in and around the area for all seasons of the year. There are two bedrooms, two full baths, a living room with sofa/sleeper, fireplace, washer and dryer, and covered patio with a spectacular view of the lake. Master bathroom has a walk in shower. Updated with modern look throughout, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. Swimming pool on site. As our guest you will have access to 2 private boat launches and can tie up your watercraft at the bulkhead right in the back yard of the condo. Our guests have access to all of Walden's amenities including golf (Walden), tennis, a fitness center and three on-site restaurants. Only minutes away from Margaritaville on Lake Conroe.

Fun Location with Great View

Condo was very clean and checkin was smooth. The complex was very quiet which was a plus for us. The condo was close to the marina and the Walden pool and dining options. We could stay here again.

Beautiful view of the cove/marina!

The management is very responsive and kind. The condo is perfect if you have dogs...grassy area all around and a dog park nearby. The view is amazing. It was a little musty when we arrived but I think that is a lake thing. Would stay here again.

Great Little Getaway

The condo had everything we needed, and great views of the marina and lake! There was a smell coming from the primary bathroom but lessened after a few flushes of the toilet and once we ran water through the sink. Well stocked with linens and kitchen essentials, overall a very lovey stay!

Perfectly Pleasant with No Surprises

Very nice location. Ample parking. We brought a boat and tied it on bulkhead outside back door. Management was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Answered all of our questions before and during stay in a timely manner. We already re-booked for following weekend.

Nice Weekend Getaway

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Check in process was easy and we were greeted by friendly staff. The unit was quiet and really close to the water and Walden Yacht Club which we always enjoy visiting. The only drawback was some areas needed a little more cleaning, specifically the master shower was quite dirty (lots of hair). Overall, we enjoyed our time and would stay again.
