This newly remodeled, open concept, 2BR/2BA designer home is the perfect vacation spot. We provide kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and bike rentals. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping quarters and great Florida room overlooking the water. Private access to gulf of Mexico from the backyard and only 5 minutes from Main Street NPR with dozens of restaurants and shops. The near by Robert Reese Beach is our favorite spot with a nature boardwalk, crystal clear water & great sunsets.

Great cottage

This is by far one of the best places we've stayed in Florida. The cottage is very spacious, clean and comfortable. Mara made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back again next year.

Relaxing vacation

We fully enjoyed our stay! The home is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some snacks for us. We stayed for only a few days, but we were close enough to several great parks, downtown, and Tarpon Springs, which was fun to check out. Thank you for sharing your home!

natural waterway with a beachy feel

Very nice but had to leave in the middle of the stay because of unforeseen plumbing issues. The host accommodated us with an alternative. Would stay again.

Wonderful!

The property is well appointed and beautifully decorated while still being laid back and comfortable. It is extraordinarily maintained and has beautiful, relaxing water views and access. Close to everything you could possibly want or need. Just a short ride to Tampa, St. Pete/Clearwater beaches. The owners respond immediately and are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. We loved it and hope to return soon.

Relaxing cottage on the water!

Our stay was wonderful. Checking in was easy, and the home is beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed, thoughtfully planned. Towels/ linens are very luxurious, better than hotel quality! The house was meticulously cleaned. The outdoor area is relaxing and a perfect place to sit by the water and watch the fish jump and abundance of birds. There is a local beach/ park nearby, and it’s 5 minutes from lots of restaurants and shops in downtown NPR. Thanks!
