A pretty atypical house, full of charms, carefully decorated, with a beautiful view of the sea and old village, offering six real beds and air conditioning. Located in a small private and secure residence, with 2 parking spaces. Facing south, with several gardens and terraces, the house is on three levels, composed on the ground floor of a double height living / dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen and a guest toilet. The large bay window opens onto the terrace with lounge, dining table and panoramic sea view, old Eze and stone viaduct of the middle cornice. From the living room, there is access on the one hand to the mezzanine with bedroom area, office area, bathroom and on the other hand, to the garden level giving access to two bedrooms, two bathrooms/toilets and the buanderie.La master suite with its dressing room and walk-in shower room, with double sink & toilet and the second with the bathroom opposite (with bath & toilet). Both bedrooms open onto the terrace with deckchairs. Walking access to the old village, perfumeries, as well as all amenities, with the start of various hikes of different difficulties, including the famous Nietzsche path which leads to the beaches of Eze Bord de Mer (30 minutes approximately). Halfway between Nice and Monaco, near Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Beaulieu-Sur-Mer... close to the motorway (10mn) towards Cannes, it is an ideal starting point for coastal visits by minimising travel times. This is one of the nicest properties we stayed in, in a long time. Manon was an amazing host. She helped us with a ton of recommendations, being flexible with checkin, and making sure the house was great. The view if Eze was nice to wake up to. The town had good local services and it is very easy to day trip throughout all of South France. Also the baker in Turbie was amazing. Also the air conditioning and bathrooms worked perfectly. We will stay here next time we are in France.
