3 bedroom, 2 full bath, waterfront home with large tiki outdoor area. Kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave. Fully furnished indoor and outdoor. Great for outdoor relaxing or entertaining. Outdoor fans and television. Large parking area. Less than one mile from marina and beach park. Swimmable canal, great for kayaking or fishing. Close proximity to great restaurants, gas station, ice cream shops, jet ski rentals and more. If you enjoy bike rides or exercise, there are bike lanes and sidewalks. Grocery stores less than one mile away. This is a peaceful getaway with plenty of amenities and activities nearby. Wintering in Tavernier Florida

This back of this single wide is situated on a canal (not open to the ocean) that people kayak in. Tavernier is located ideally, for us, about one hour south of Miami, one hour north of Marathon, and two hours north of Key West (depending on traffic). Harry Harris Park is fairly close by. Everything in the mobile home was functional. The Tiki Hut on the deck is a great place to enjoy your meals. The hosts were very amenable and quick to address the few concerns that we had.
