Ocean access Key Largo property with 40 ft of seawall. 2/2 which can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Conveniently located, close to Publix and numerous restaurants. Community offers two boat ramps and private beach. Peaceful neighborhood on a cul de sac street.
For boaters, there is an extra $200fee for dock utilities(water and electricity)
