We had a family trip with 6 adults and the house was perfect for our needs. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, the house had everything we needed for our stay and I felt we were in a safe area. We landed early and Victor accommodated our request for an early check in. Big thank yous to our hosts.

Overall, our experience was very good at this location. The host was quick to respond to my questions. The house was clean and updated. It was walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and coffee shops.

Our group of 5 enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and well supplied. It was very comfortable and we spent a lot of time sitting on the deck eating our meals and. Chatting. Having a bedroom and bathroom with a zero entry shower on the first floor was very nice.

The house was nice and cozy. My only complaint would be there was some bugs and spiders (maybe spray out the house before/after bookings).My suggestion would be put another television in the house... maybe upstairs. I would stay again, I would bring some raid though because I do not like critters.

Great place and location.

House was great well stocked and close to public transportation grocery and restaurants. We were able to go into the city easily with the ability to walk or drive to the T. Victor was a great host and very responsive.

Location was great as we were not far from the T. It took us a bit to understand the T as we do not live in an area with subways. But people were friendly and helpful offering great advice as to which line we should take on the T. Our ride from the historic part of Boston to our rental was less than half an hour.Victor was very easy to contact which was very good as we did have an address issue. We had an uber driver pick us up at the airport to take us to the rental. There are two streets with the address of the VRBO location and you must type in the zip code when ordering an uber. We found a grocery store as well as other shops and restaurants nearby.There is a wash machine and dryer but it is in a basement with steps that are a bit tricky. We decided it would be best not to use the washer and dryer. Could not find any laundry soap anyway. Lots of bugs in the basement but we did not see any on the other two floors. Overall we had a great stay. It was good knowing that Victor was very easy to contact. It would have been nice to have had tourist brochures available at the house. Especially information regarding the T. Victor is working on a large project at the house that is drawn onto one of the walls that shows the streets and possibly T tracks but nothing was named so it was not helpful for us. But once complete I'm sure it will be appreciated by others.Boston is a beautiful and historic city!!

Our stay was great. Victor was super easy to contact & replied in a timely manner. Everything was cleaned when we got there. Beds were comfy with extra pillows & blankets if needed. Could not think of one complaint if I had to. 10/10 would stay here again if ever visiting Boston.

The host was great. Very quick to respond to messages. This home is old but charming. We did see some gnarly centipedes so an exterminator is needed or do as we did and relocate them outside. The downstairs bathroom looks updated but no lip on shower stall makes water go all over the bathroom floor so be careful you don’t slip and fall. Laundry is in the basement which has very steep stairs. The home is easy to find and seems to be in a decent area. Grocery store is close by as well as the train station. All in all we loved our trip to Boston and can’t wait to visit again.
