Ground floor: Large living room with lounge area (fireplace, wood included), large screen TV (165 cm, with Netflix), fully equipped kitchen (freezer, pod coffee maker, dishwasher, oven), shower room with shower, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with modular beds (2 single beds 90x200 cm or 1 double bed 180x200 cm), bathroom with corner bath and WC. The cottage has a heat pump with air conditioning. A 700 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue, and ping-pong table. Private parking (4 cars). Additional equipment: baby equipment (beds, high chairs, safety gate), electric vehicle charging point (Green'up socket, extra charge depending on consumption). Beds made, linens and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and heating are included. To ensure everyone's peace and quiet, parties and noisy events are not allowed in the cottage.
