About this property

Charming renovated villa with exceptional view on its vineyards

Welcome to our historic late 19th-century home in the center of Ladoix-Serrigny, just steps from all amenities. With breathtaking views of the Corton hills and our own Aloxe-Corton 1er Cru vines in the garden.

RENOVATION

We spent 2024 renovating this charming old lady and while we love sharing this special place, we also cherish it ourselves. When available, we look forward to welcoming fellow wine lovers to enjoy the views and the peaceful surroundings.

THE SPACE (fan in the end-suits and AC in the suits bedroom)

The house offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms (up to 10 guests), an open kitchen leading to the dining area, a cozy small living room, and a spacious main lounge with sofas, a bar, and a soccer table, perfect for unwinding after a day in the vineyards. This is not a party house, it’s a place to enjoy good wine in with friends and family while respecting the neighborhood.

Guests are welcome to use the whole house, with the exception of some utility rooms which are dedicated to the cleaning team.

Superbe maison au cœur de la Bourgogne, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, les pièces de vie sont très agréables et nous ont permis de passer de très bons moments en famille. Excellente communication avec les hôtes.

Week-end à Ladoix-Serrigny

Nous avons passé un week-end entre amis dans cette superbe maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. La localisation proche de Beaune est idéale pour louer des vélos et parcourir la côte de Beaune.L'apéritif au pied des vignes est à vivre au moins une fois. Super accueil, communication claire et rapide via Whatsapp.Je recommande !
