About this property

An Original Lake House, with a Private Beach!

As my guests, you and your group get access to the entire property except for the garage which remains locked. Your stay includes everything about the property including lake access, so long you stay between the two adult palms trees in our backyard which defines the property lines. We do not allow guests to launch their jet skis on the lake. Two fences help define where the property lines are. The area is very big!

** Other things to note
I appreciate respectful guests! Noise hours for Lake Elsinore are 10:00 PM- 7:00-AM. I do not allow boats or motorized vehicles to come into the backyard. An exception can be made for kayaks or rowboats as these can be easily transported through the backyard and down to the lake with a couple of people and it will not make a lot of noise. I do enforce no partying, pets, or smoking. Parking is available for two cars only and they must be parked on our property inside of the gate. Violators will be ticketed and towed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lake Elsinore place

The owner was very friendly & polite via email & responded to questions quickly. He provided us with a delicious red cabernet, too! The home wasn't quite what the pictures showed- the couch & porch furniture are different in the picture, the coffee was folgers not starbucks, haha, but otherwise everything else was mostly the same. Minimum supplies are provided for what is necessary for stay (silverware, cooking spoons, wine opener, a few pots/pans with a few lids, plates, bowls, napkins, cups, mugs, a few wine glasses)- bring oven supplies &/or cookie sheets if you want to do any cooking in the oven, as only stove top pots/pans provided. We asked for more dish towels, as there were only 2 for our Tues-Fri stay, but they showed up on our doorknob within a few hours, so that was very kind of the owner! The lake front area has a lot of red ant hills on the way to the lake- wear shoes! Bring beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys if you have kids.
