Perfect location

We stayed for the Castell Grind gravel race nd this was perfect location, right in the heart of all activities. House accommodated 9 adults easily

Great Vacation

Second time coming here and will probably be a yearly tradition for us. The house is so comfortable for a large group; plenty of rooms and bathrooms. It’s also conveniently located to river access. We love relaxing is Castell!

Llano River Kayak Trip

Loved the location. Jennifer and Randy at the store were very helpful with information about the river and the burgers there were best I’ve ever had. Great place to kayak the river then relax at the house. it was home away from home with comfortable beds. Will certainly make another trip here.

Awesome house ! We loved it here. The town is so cute and the river was very close to walk to. The beds were real comfy, our group of 8 all slept well. Theres plenty of seating inside and outside. Lots of cups and plates. They had nice pans to cook with. But they did not have a large soup pot. So if you need that then bring one. AC keeps the house nice and cold. The walls were thick and it was quiet at night. Host was very responsive for any questions we had. And maintenance was very fast for the one minor sink issue. Overall amazing place to stay.

We had our family stay here for Father's Day weekend and it met all of our expectations. Awesome location, holds a lot of people, they have everything you need for floating the river and just hanging out. We ate dinner at the Castell store and it was a fun experience. Awesome communication with the host and we will definitely be going back!

Last Summer Fling

We have been coming to Castell for the past 13 years...we love this place! This house was phenomenal! Lots of room, very clean and was right next door to the General Store. Has a big yard for the dogs to run and play, great fire pit too! We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!

Fabulous Hone

We had a party of 7 that stayed at El Castalito. The house was very clean, bathrooms very well stocked and kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils if you want to cook. There are serval chairs outside and we were able to stargaze at the house as well as walk to the river and stargaze at the bridge. It is less than a 5 minute walk. We had a couple of things we needed to make contact with the owner about and they responded almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.
