This highly sought-after and newly renovated corner unit faces the beautiful sugar sand beaches and gorgeous waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We are a family of four that loves this beautiful property and manage it ourselves. We love to come here to make memories that will last a lifetime, and want to offer that to you as well! You'll love this charming, beautifully decorated little piece of paradise.

The unit is nice and spacious with 1,340 sqft. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, and can sleep up to 12 people. The Master bedroom has a king bed with a brand-new memory foam mattress and new bedding and pillows. The Master bedroom also features a new office desk with a large computer monitor, so you can "plug-in" and get a little remote work done before you "unplug" and relax on the beach. The second bedroom also has a king bed with new bedding, pillows, and a new mattress pad. The third bedroom has two new bunk beds. One bunk has two full beds with new mattress pads, bedding, and pillows, and the other has two twin beds with brand-new mattresses, pillows, and bedding. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

This unit is very special for so many reasons! It's located on the second floor with quick access to the beach *without having to go in the lobby or wait on elevators*. You'll feel like you have private VIP access, only having to go down a small staircase for a quick stroll to the beach, pools, splash pads, and even a green grassy area for playing lawn games with a beach backdrop.

Your stay can feel like you're in a private beach house socially distanced from others, or you can enjoy the multitude of amenities offered and get social!

Relax on the spacious balcony and enjoy listening to the waves crash while sipping on your favorite beverage. You’ll often catch dolphins playing and swimming nearby. There is also a good chance of seeing the Blue Angels fly-by during their naval aviation practice sessions.

If you bring the kids for a fun family trip, you can sit back and relax on the balcony while watching the kids play on the grassy “lawn” area directly below, almost like you’re in your own front yard. Enjoy access to all of the Phoenix amenities in our complex as well as the neighboring Phoenix buildings, including the outdoor and indoor pools, kiddie pools, lighted tennis, and basketball courts, jacuzzis, sauna, gazebos, an arcade game room, racquetball courts, and so much more.

This location is perfect with so many restaurants and activities nearby you won’t be able to hit them all up in one trip. The famous and family-friendly restaurant/venue, “The Hangout”, is only 4.5 miles away. The ever-so-popular “Flora-Bama” is also a quick few minutes away. You can even go enjoy fun and delicious bayside restaurants on the water, or catch a show and shop at “The Wharf”. There are also wonderful restaurants and fun activities right across the street you can walk to!

Want to take it easy and just zone out? Simply veg out in our comfy living area and binge-watch your choice of Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon shows on our smart TV. Kick back with the kids, grill out on the outdoor grills, or play fun games on our large dining table. Cook and mingle in the open kitchen with a new kitchen island. Sip on a nice glass of rose with your best buds while gazing at the ocean during the day, then catch some live music and dance the night away at one of many local restaurants and bars at night.
