The ground floor has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and a chest of drawers) and a landing bedroom (with a sofa), as well as a shower room with a shower and a toilet. A large bedroom on the second floor offers a double bed, a single bed, and a child's bed, as well as a toilet. The house has a flower-filled courtyard at the front. At the rear, there is a large terrace for dining and relaxing in peace and quiet, and a shed (with a large table, armchairs, and a bench). The beach is a 10-minute walk away via a path through the woods. A greenway (for cyclists and pedestrians) is located nearby. The town centre is accessible by bus (5 minutes, stop on the street) or on foot via the greenway (15 to 20 minutes). Shops are nearby.
