Dreamy new 2BR unit with superior ski access!

Location, location, location! This cozy two-bedroom unit (Apt #4) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.

This second-floor apartment has beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does the main level bedroom. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)!

Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.

You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.

We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.

We recognize that cleanliness is a concern at this time. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.

We enjoyed this very clean, quiet and comfortable two bedroom upper floor apartment in Cottonwood Heights. Jessica was an excellent host and communicated well when we had to switch dates. We had everything we needed, including parking, plus some welcome snacks. The staircase to the upper floor was very safe and easy to climb and the entrance code made entering quick. I would stay there again.

Comfortable and great location!

This is a wonderful location for anyone looking to ski LCC and BCC with close access to restaurants and grocery stores. Best of all the beds were extremely comfortable, it's very rare I sleep well on the first night in a new place - I had no problem here.

Perfect Ski Stay

This property was beautifully kept, well appointed and perfectly located to ski Snowbird/Alta. Conveniently located to many shops and restaurants and as close as you could be to entering the canyon without staying up there. Less than 25 minute drive to skiing. The place was impeccably clean and well supplied. The hosts were so responsive and accommodating. Hope to stay there again on my next trip!

Exactly as pictured -- I've stayed in this complex twice over the years because it's so convenient for skiing! Ski bus for Big Cottonwood Canyon is right outside the door, and easy to get to Little Cottonwood Canyon as well. Everything is clean and very comfortable. Jessica was very communicative and helpful.

Perfect location to ski resorts

Our stay here was perfect in every way... The condo was wonderfully appointed and appeared to be recently renovated. We felt very much at home in this unit and it was perfectly situated for us to access all of the Cottonwood ski resorts (20 minute drive). I do appreciate staying at places that are managed well and this unit was superb. The gift basic was a great touch and I would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic!

This was one of the best VRBO places I've stayed. Jessica and staff were unbelievably responsive and accommodating. The place was clean and updated with everything you would need. Great location with lots of restaurants and grocery stores near by. Best of all it's only about a 20 minute drive to Solitude (with no traffic). I will definitely rent this place again in the future.

Love!!!

We visit SLC often to visit family and sometimes there’s not enough space to stay with our parents. This time around we rented this place and I would definitely rent it again! The location was perfect for us, the view on a walk one evening was incredible, and the house was just right for this mama with 3 kids. We were grateful for a great set of laundry machines and a full kitchen. Thank you so much! It’s a beautiful home. ❤️

Perfect stay

This is how it is supposed to go rented a place. Simple, easy communication and not so difficult in any way. Convenient location, simple for serious skiers and for hikers and families. Everything was there we needed. They also made sure they were equipped for children. They left a basket of treats. They communicate quickly and effectively. I felt like it was my friend’s rental. We will rent again. With no traffic, 24 minutes to Alta and other places. Only 37 min to Deer Valley and Park City!!!

PERFECT for Big & Little Cottonwood and SLC

Thanks Jessica! Your place is so new and clean and in a perfect location for skiing and visiting the Salt Lake City area. We hit a game at The U, Alton Brown LIVE at Eccles Capitol Theatre downtown, and skied at Brighton and Alta. Your location made all these easy. Everything is new and fresh. Easy parking and great sleeping. Being up on The Bench adds for great views on our morning walks. Dan’s and multiple stores in easy driving distance and we actually walked to Porcupine Grill. The Perfect Snow-bound Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. A lot of care and thought was put into the little details that made this unit so special. The beds were super comfy! The bathroom came stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash so we had a few less items to pack. The kitchen was perfect and even included all the essentials PLUS a Keurig with coffee and hot cocoa for those chilly mornings. It was so awesome to have a washer and dryer right inside the unit, along with a nice rack for hanging jackets, helmets, snowboards and skis. The location was incredible, with the slopes just 30 minutes away and all the shopping and gear rental places just 5 minutes down the road. The icing on the cake was the friendly, professional and helpful communication with the property manager. Jessica was awesome and gave lots of great information to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely look forward to stayj

Exceeded expectations!

Rarely does a place live up to the description and pics but Apt 4 exceeded both. The location is terrific, quick trip if you’re going to any of the local resorts. There are plenty of good restaurants within a mile so I didn’t have to worry about going too far after a long day of skiing. And everything inside the place is pretty much brand new. Well appointed with everything own would need, including some snacks and keurig with plenty of pods. Oh and like SPOTLESS CLEAN. I really can’t say enough good things. I’ll be back next year for sure!
