Great views. Stylishly decorated. Ramon Rd can be a bit noisy when on deck, but LOVED my stay there. Very close to everything!

Great Little Condo Close to Downtown

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location was close to the downtown Palm Springs area with a nice view of the mountains in the distance. The only negative was the proximity to a main thoroughfare. It sits facing Ramon Rd. which is heavily traveled from about 6:00am to 10:00pm resulting in a lot of traffic noise.

The condo has new double glazed windows and black out curtains. Modernism Week is the busiest week of the year and so there is more traffic than normal. The south facing wall of windows means a stunning 180 degree view of the mountains, snow and downtown and loads of sunshine flooding into the condo to enjoy during winter. Being 2 blocks from downtown means you are right in the thick of the fun of town and the plus is you are walking distance to everything.
