Clean & Spacious-Perfect for Family

This was our first time visiting this part of Florida, the home was in perfect location for us- we fell in love with it! Our travel was for a little league football tournament that was taking place in serval locations and this was central point. The home is located just minutes from beautiful Dania Beach. The home was very clean, spacious plenty of beds for our group total of 8- kids enjoyed the heated pool.

This house is located in a quiet neighborhood, very close to a grocery store and Dania Beach Pier. The heated pool was our favorite feature of the property! The house is laid out with two bedrooms and both bathrooms on one side, and two bedrooms on the back side separated from the dining area with French doors. Access to the backyard and pool is through one of the back bedrooms. Our kids enjoyed having their own "wing" in the back area. We felt the kitchen could have been a little better stocked with cookware and basic supplies, but overall we enjoyed our stay! The host was responsive and allowed us to have a later checkout time which was much appreciated.

Location was great. House was comfortable Many things we did were within 30 minutes. A number of good restaurants were nearby-Only issues would be with pool-needs a hand rail at the steps. A lamp on the table in the bedroom that has the pool access

Unexpected stay

Found this property and sold me on the heated pool as grandkids loved it.. Price was reasonable and everything was as explained in the ad. Was pleased and satisfied with all aspects. Thank you much!
