6/10 Okay

For energetic visitors only

Views are awesome. Proximity to downtown great if you walk often. Very steep roads! Stairs down to house (only access in winter) has to be cleared by me. Back breaking work. Very precarious snow situation. Parking space has to be cleared by me also. So not consider staying here if you're not fit for manual labor

Condo OK, as long as you do not have a car or mind stairs

The condo overall was good for two people. I think it's best for individuals that have no car for there is no parking. You need to leave your car intown and Uber to condo. We would drop off luggage and groceries and then go park in town and walk or Uber back to condo. I did not mind the stairs but if you have a hard time navigating 30 steps up and down you might want to look at other options.

Views are great, kitchen is beautiful, proximity to old Town is great if you are fit for walking steep gradients. Concrete Stairs to house are crumbling. Snow does not get cleared by anyone but you. So if you are traveling in winter, be prepared to shovel many stairs and the parking space if you drive here. House overall kind of cold. There are electric heaters but these tend to make the air even drier.

Highly recommend

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it for anyone wanting to visit park city / main street area! The views from the house were breathtaking and we were walking distance to the restaurants and shops on Main Street! There is also a parking spot right across on the road, but also free 24hr parking lots on the road below, as well as a parking garage that is 3$/hr only from 5pm-midnight (otherwise free). The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need! The bed was so comfortable as well!! The house had very cute charm, with a lot of the historic touches. It snowed a good bit during our first few days and you definitely must be fit to use the stairs to the house (and there are stairs down the road to cut down to the main street area / down the hill) so again, the walk to main st took maybe 4 minutes! We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quite getaway in the beautiful park city

Perfect location!

This was the cutest little cottage, the perfect size for my husband and I. It was very cozy and super close to Main Street! We were even lucky enough to see snow on our last day! The views from this place are incredible and we had everything we needed when we got there! Thank you for having us!

Clean House; Good location

House was as advertised; nice location for walking to town. House was clean. Only issue is treacherous parking—might have difficulty if you have a very large vehicle. We made it work with a sedan.

Cute place with everything you need

Highly recommend this place. Loved the views, the set up, had heat and hot water. There are a decent amount of stairs to pull your suitcases down. Parking wasn’t an issue. There is a set of stairs down the way to walk to Main Street which I discovered on my last day. Clean, kitchen had what I needed and Starbucks is a close drive!

Great Property / Close to Lifts

What they sell is what you get. Great location, lovely property and back porch view. Easy access, clean, great speakers, and fits three to four comfortably.
