BEAUTIFUL BEACH VIEWS AND EASY ACCESS TO WONDERFUL NEW BEACH

TIME TO ENJOY A BEAUTIFUL beachfront vacation at Estero Beach and Tennis Club.
Our heated pool is EXCELLENTLY RESTORED.. Enjoy sitting out on the beautifully expanded beach.

Gorgeous views of the beach and sunsets are seen from this beautiful ninth floor condo. The white sand beach for swimming or walking is immediately across our front lawn.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club's 11 acre site contains 4 tennis courts and 2 pickle ball court and outdoor gas grills. The landscaping is parklike with hundreds of palm trees.

Our ninth floor condo has beautiful upgrades, including a completely equipped, white L-shaped kitchen with lots of storage and workspace and a dishwasher. The handsome 20" tile floor throughout, is laid on the diagonal. The dining table and living area are comfortable for a family of four. Furnishings and décor feature attractive Florida styling. Need to use your computer? Of course, we have Wi-Fi. Two TVs accommodate different tastes.

Enjoy a beautiful Gulf view directly through the picture window and a bedroom window and from the end of the balcony. Look down over the balcony railing for a full view of our pool. Observe pelicans swooping and diving for fish, and, if you watch closely, you may see dolphins swimming by. Sit alongside the Gulf under a beach umbrella, take a walk on our renowned white sugar-sand beach or take a dip in the Gulf. And at the close of the day, sit out on the balcony and watch spectacular sunsets from early August to mid-May! This popular condo will be your setting for a dream Florida vacation!

PUBLIX supermarket is three miles away, 7-11 (with gasoline) is open, and a CVS drugstore is in easy walking distance. Santini Plaza is gradually reopening and there is a weekly farmer's market. Several Restaurants have reopened.

Lover's Key State Park is two miles to the south, and north of us on Ft. Myers Beach are lots of bars and restaurants, bike rental places, public beaches, and the big public beach. For a change of pace, visit the outlet mall Miromar off I-75. Or go farther afield to the Everglades or on a day trip to Key West. The Ft. Myers Beach area has something for everyone.

FMB - Happy to be back

Views of beach, gulf, and the south end of island were amazing. Condo was clean and had everything you need for both the beach and daily life. Great communications with the owner. Complex was perfect with pool, grills, tennis and pickleball courts, and of course the great white sands of FMB. Definitely stay here again.

Young Family Vacation June 2024

We vacation in Florida typically 1-2 times per year for approximately a week at a time. This stay was by far the cleanest location we have ever stayed in. My husband and I both talked about how clean of a condo it was. There was nothing that we needed to supply other than ourselves and a small grocery shopping trip. The kitchen while the typical smaller set up is well stocked with anything that a family may need from cookware to dining which is extremely helpful with small children. The bed setups were exactly how described and perfect for what we needed. There is not a crib/pack n play provided however there is plenty of room to set one up we sat ours up between the bed and back of the couch. Plenty of towels and a well stocked closet of beach/pool toys and chairs for the beach. The pool is a nice option with plenty of seating and shaded areas. There is laundry set ups on the ground floor which was helpful as well. Affordable and clean even offering a QR code for payment option. Front desk staff if needed are very helpful which is always appreciated! There are a few luggage carts available on the ground floor if needed. Communication with the owner Elaine was clear and informative. We will definitely be staying again in the future! Recommendations for things in the area food wise all a short drive from the condo location Doc Fords Rum Bar & Grille, Dixie Fish Company, The Fish House Restaurant in Bonita Springs were all wonderful with waterside seating and family friendly.

Beach stay

Elaine sent us detailed instructions with everything we needed to know to make our check in seamless. We had a nice view of the gulf and watched dolphins swim by one morning. The beach was exactly what we wanted-small with wildlife everywhere (saw bald eagles, cranes and many other birds) right in front of our building, and a huge, classic Florida beach where you could rent seadoos about 300 yards to our north. The unit was just big enough for the 4 of us, with a well stocked kitchen. Great area for boaters and fishermen too. I highly recommend Elaine as a host
