Take a dip in the pool or relax in the sun. These vacation rental properties are conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others are enclosed.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests can enjoy an enclosed balcony with angled ocean views.
The outdoor pool is open until 10 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
A $60 cash non-refundable building registration fee per vehicle is due at check-in at the Atlantis. Parking is available for one vehicle. $60 for an additional space based on availability. Please ensure that any necessary permits are displayed at all times.
The living room sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely Views.

Our first experience staying at Atlantis thru Vrbo/Vacasa was a success! The views from our room were amazing! The location was great. The neighborhood was good, quiet, and close to stores, restaurants and all you need. The security staff was friendly, they kept the pool clean.. I'd definitely stay again. Thank you for the memorable trip!

A few minor quibbles, but still a great experience

Two quibbles, both our fault really - there was only one bed in the second bedroom (thought to account for this) and all the chairs were bar height. With a 5' wife and an eight year old this wasn't the best. The door won't lock all the time if you just let the door swing shut - you have to push the door shut. It was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and everything worked.

Pleasant Stay

Nice waterfront property well kept only one fee was wrong. The top of the stove wasn’t clean and one of the leather chairs in the back of the chair was kind of rip before we got there. I would recommend this property to your friend. It was a nice ocean view and I loved the way it was set up. Thank you for letting me rent your condo .

Poor cleanliness and long wait to clean.

View was decent, but condo is kind of dated and was not cleaned well. Internet went out multiple times, one of our keys didn’t work and was just told I’d have to return it rather than receiving proper working keys to begin with. The place wasn’t cleaned well at all, brought the issue to Vacasa and waited near 24 hours for them to get someone in to clean the dirty tissues off the floor, nothing was wiped down and sand was in the beds when we arrived indicating nobody bothered to clean or change the sheets. when I asked for the bedding to be changed it I was left a large trash bag of seemingly “clean” sheets on the floor. Overall relatively poor experience with this unit and slow response time for having issues resolved. Likely won’t stay with Vacasa again.
