For an ocean-champagne holiday

Old house in a quiet hamlet in the countryside, between Saintes and Rochefort, 30 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from La Rochelle. Shops 5 minutes away by car. We live here year-round, so it's a real house, not a holiday rental; we welcome guests during our holidays. Downstairs: a large living room with two large sofas and armchairs, a large dining room with a play area, an entrance hall, a kitchen with a dining area for 5, a laundry room, a shower room, and a toilet. Upstairs: a mezzanine library and 3 bedrooms sleeping 7. The 800 m² plot is unfenced and offers complete privacy, opening onto a large, wooded green space which you have access to. We have a cat that will stay on the premises for your care. The entire house is accessible to guests except for two rooms (an office and one bedroom) which are reserved for storing our personal belongings, in order to make the stay more pleasant for our guests. Self check-in - We leave a detailed guide to help you settle in. We will remain contactable during your stay if needed. Bed linen and towels are provided for guests during their stay. To avoid high fees for our guests, the accommodation must be left clean and tidy, but it is possible to purchase a cleaning service. Recently renovated and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, freezer, washing machine, and dryer. Garden furniture and barbecue, deck chairs, outdoor games (molky, ladder game, pétanque, ping pong table...)
