We have stayed in this region on a number of occasions and have to say that this was the nicest property in an idyllic location. If anything the photos on the website do not do it justice and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the rooms and the facilities provided. Eustelle was there to greet us and made us feel completely at home from the outset and was available for any queries we might have had.The amenities in the village were less than a five minute walk along the beautiful banks of the Charente river. Thank you Eustelle for the use of your wonderful home, we certainly hope to return Vincent and Ruth

We had a fantastic time. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The photos do not do the house and gardens justice. Eustelle greeted us on arrival and was in contact before, during and after our visit. This is a property that is a family home and has been in the family for many years. We were extremely comfortable, slept well and felt totally recuperated after our weeks stay. Backing onto the river, with a walk down into the village, the location is ideal. There are a couple of restaurants, but we only had drinks there. I am vegan and had to self cater for the majority of the holiday but I did expect that!We would certainly recommend this property for a relaxing, authentically french, holiday.

A recommender.
