Property was very nice and communication from the owner was great. As mentioned in other reviews, the only things we did not like was the difficulty at times to get close parking (nightly events in the area) and that the bathrooms were on the bottom floor and not on the same floor as the three rooms. More comfortable couches would be great as well as a Queen bed in the main room (plenty of room for one over the double). Otherwise awesome and we would book again! Attention to guest needs was great and you could quickly tell they were trying to make our stay pleasant. A

Clean and Comfortable

House was overall very clean and comfortable. Couch could be a bit better but it was fine for the short time we spent at the house. Plenty of beds, towels and kitchen items! More pillows would be great. Shower was less than desirable as water didn't get very hot and very little water pressure. All 3 bedrooms were upstairs, no upstairs bathrooms/toilets.

The owners of this property were very responsive and good to work with. The location is very close to so many things in Salt Lake City. It was only 11 minutes to the Airport. There is a homeless camp near but the people there did not bother us or our vehicles. We were able to find parking on the street but it was not always right in front of the property. The home is quiet to the outside world. I would stay here again and would recommend the property to others.
