Come and discover Barbâtre, a charming commune on the island of Noirmoutier, for your next family or friends' holiday. You will stay in this lovely house that can accommodate up to 8 people. Outside, you will enjoy a cosy garden with a sofa area, as well as a dining space equipped with a barbecue to fully enjoy the beautiful days. A veranda fitted with a bar area, a plancha and a dining table complete the amenities. Ideally located, the house is only 550 metres from the first beach, perfect for enjoying the sea all day long and admiring magnificent sunsets.



Inside, upon entering, you will discover a dining room area, followed by a separate living room with a sofa and television. Further on, the fully equipped kitchen provides you with ceramic hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. You can share your meals around the dining table and relax in the living room area with its sofa and television.



The accommodation has three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a master suite with a double bed (140x190cm) and a private bathroom with WC.

Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190cm) and a wardrobe.

Bedroom 3: two bunk beds (90x190cm) and children's books. Note that the double rooms do not have windows.



A second shared bathroom with shower, hairdryer and WC is also at your disposal. A washing machine is present in the accommodation.



The terrace of the house is adjacent to that of a friendly café. In summer, there may be background music until around 11 pm.



The accommodation does not have private parking spaces but free spaces are available on the street.
