This unique setting creates one of the most private beachfront decks on Beach Road.
Just below the deck is your own elevated private sand area featuring a custom built-in gas fire pit, complete with wraparound bench seating and plush cushions. Itās the perfect place to enjoy sunsets over Catalina Island, roast sāmores, or unwind with a glass of wine while listening to the waves.

Family Friendly
Our home welcomes families; however, it has not been childproofed.
Because the oceanfront deck does not have solid fencing and protective rocks are located below, we recommend the home for families with older children. There is also no lifeguard on duty on the beach.

Booking Requirements
* Primary booking guest must be 30 years or older.
* All guests 18 years and older must submit a government-issued photo ID within 24 hours of booking.
Train Information
The Amtrak railroad runs behind the Beach Road community on the opposite side of Pacific Coast Highway. Trains pass briefly throughout the day. While noticeable, most guests find the sound to be minimal and short-lived.
Home Updates
We continually update our furnishings, linens, dƩcor, and amenities to keep the home in exceptional condition. As a result, individual furnishings may occasionally differ from listing photos, but the home will always be beautifully maintained and thoughtfully appointed.
Unlike many high-use beach rentals, our home is meticulously cared for and regularly refreshed.

This property is located within a quiet, private gated community and is best suited for families and respectful groups.
* Maximum 8 overnight guests
* Maximum 10 people on the property at any time
* Daytime visitors must leave by 10:00 PM
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM ā 8:00 AM
* No parties, events, gatherings, or excessive noise
* Violations of occupancy limits or house rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
By booking this property, guests acknowledge they have read and agree to all listing descriptions, house rules, and cancellation policies.
Please do not use:

* Spray tanning products
* Hair coloring products
These products permanently stain linens, furnishings, and decking and require extensive additional cleaning.

Pet Policy
Absolutely NO pets or animals of any kind are permitted on the property.
This policy exists because:
* Our child has a severe animal allergy
* Our Beach Road HOA prohibits dogs in rental properties
Legitimate service animals are accommodated as required by law. Service animal requirements will be provided prior to booking.
Please note that under California law, knowingly and falsely representing a pet as a service animal may result in criminal penalties, including fines of up to $1,000 and/or up to six months in jail.

Security Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are located at:

* Above the garage
* Front door
* Two cameras on the south side of the home (one at each end)
These cameras monitor exterior access points only.
There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private guest areas.
The exterior cameras record both video and audio.
