Master Suite has king sized bed and other bedrooms have queen sized bed for your comfort. This home has a heated pool and is located less than 2 miles to the beach! Experience this tastefully, modern feel as the entire home was recently remodeled. A wonderful home with space for entertaining so come and enjoy our beautiful Florida winters. Vanderbilt Lakes is conveniently located between Coconut Point and the Mercato Shopping District. SW Florida International airport is 30 minutes away. You can easily get to Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park and Barefoot Beach from this home. If you enjoy the beach, hop on your bike and take a short ride down to the water. There is a two car garage but owner keeps one vehicle there in storage during rental season. Enjoy our beautiful sunsets while relaxing outdoors! Drive down to the beach and don't forget to stop at Royal Scoop on your way home for an ice cream cone. If you are looking for a quiet, friendly neighborhood with a quality home your family would enjoy, this vacation rental is for you! Ask us for a discount for 3 month or 4 month stay!
