Cigarette Smoke-filled house!! Awful experience.

I’ve never posted a negative review but beware!!! This was the worst experience we’ve had with a VRBO property. I Informed the host upon check in that the house was saturated in cigarette smoke upon - sheets, bedding, sofa, everything. I requested a refund after 15 minutes of checking in. Host only provided a partial refund… less than half. Said it was because i informed them late at night… we were traveling to town. Our family with 3 kids had to rent a hotel for the weekend. Host said vrbo wouldn’t issue the refund. After contacting vrbo, it was in fact the host that wouldn’t issue the refund. BEWARE!!!!
