Hello Maria, While guests are entitled to their opinions, we firmly believe your review is retaliatory. You did not express any discomfort or concerns during your stay, except at the very end when you demanded a refund. This felt like an attempt to unjustly secure a refund. Had you brought any specific issues to our attention, we would have promptly addressed them for you as our guests comfort is top priority. However, this did not occur. We take great pride in maintaining a beautiful historic property that has been loved by hundreds of guests before you. It is unfortunate that your review does not reflect the reality of this home.

We're overjoyed to hear your stay exceeded expectations, and we appreciate your kind words about the property, especially the pool house, and our quick response to the air conditioner issue; we look forward to hosting you again and thank you for your glowing review!

Thank you for your rating. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve the guest experience.
