Gorgeous Gulf Condo On the Beach
Condo located right on the beach in a family-friendly environment! The unit sleeps up to 6 people and includes 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 1 sleeper sofa, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, living room, Wi-Fi, and a screened-in lanai with gulf views. The property amenities include a fitness center, sauna, guest lounge with access to ping pong and billiards, shuffle board courts, free bike rentals, 4 grills, pontoon boat rentals, 2 private swimming pools and hot tubs, and private beach access where you are able to rent chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddle boards. Prime location within walking distance of the Ritz Carlton, Wal-Mart, Publix, great restaurants, a public park, and a shopping center.
UPDATE FOR 2023 BOOKINGS:
Due to damage sustained during Hurricane Ian in 2022, the amenities pictured on the gulf side will be unavailable while construction is ongoing. This includes the pool, hot tub, grills, shuffle board courts, and Chickee hut. The pool, hot tub, grills, and Chickee hut located on the bay side of the property ARE available for use. A beach access path from the parking lot is still available as well.
