Located in the heart of the picturesque village of Bignan, in Morbihan, this typical Breton stone house offers an ideal setting for a pleasant stay in Brittany. Completely renovated, it combines the charm of the old and modern comfort to offer you an unforgettable experience.

Composition of the house:
Upstairs:
The house has an elegant and cosy mezzanine bedroom, equipped with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a single bed and a travel cot for the little ones. The space is optimised with new storage to ensure a worry-free stay.

The modern bathroom includes a shower, for a moment of relaxation after a day of exploring.

On the ground floor:
The ground floor invites you to relax in a bright and welcoming living room, where you will find a double sofa bed (140 cm) perfect for moments of relaxation, a TV for your quiet evenings, as well as two comfortable armchairs. A coffee table completes this cosy space.

The open and fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy in the dining area with a large table and six chairs.

A separate toilet completes the practical and functional layout of the house.

Amenities:

The house is ideally located 50 m from the village's shops: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, restaurants and even a hairdresser. A bar-tabac, which we own, is located in the immediate vicinity and we will be delighted to welcome you for breakfast or other services on request.

This quiet and authentic area will allow you to enjoy the local life while being just a few minutes away from the attractions of the area.
