This was our 3rd time staying at the property. It is always clean & comfortable, which is great. The location is so wonderful right in the heart of Jerome and has the best view! We will certainly be back.
Located right in the heart of Jerome with amazing views. Bonus that it comes with a parking spot, a hot commodity in Jerome. Does involve some steps and also walking up an uneven driveway to get to town so may not be the best option for those with mobility issues but was perfect for our needs! Would love to stay again.
This property was perfect for what we wanted. A 1 night getaway with our adult kids to see the haunted train in Clarksdale, dinner at the Grand Inn hotel restaurant, the Asylum, and a night of games. The view in the morning and at Sunset was amazing and the house was so cute and cozy and OLD. Just what we wanted for a spooky weekend.
We have stayed in this little spot at least 6 times in the past 5 years and it’s a favorite of ours in Jerome.
Beautiful view, off the beaten path and very quiet.
Our only negative were the mattresses. Both are VERY firm, not necessarily a complaint to all people but I wanted to put that in my review.
Overall a wonderful place to stay, we ran down to Walmart and bought a waffle weave topper for our 5 night stay.
This property was peaceful and quiet while offering quality accommodations, a perfect location and outstanding views. Jerome is a busy town with lots of visitors who are having a grand time. Although this property is centrally located, it was very quiet and peaceful. The property is well maintained and very nice.
The property even offers seperate kind and queen bedrooms, a large shower, and a nice kitchen. Communication with the owener was good. We highly recommend this property. The only issue to be aware of is that there are stairs to navigate. However, navagating stairs in Jerome is common. Five stars and we hope to return.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Quaint place with lovely view of the valley...but...
The good: Comfortable beds and everything needed for coffee and food in the morning. Historic feel of boarding house gives the feel of what the mining days were like. Great view, but storms passing through didn't give us what we would assume to be glorious sunsets or sunrises.
The not-so-good: Communication. Given directions by the host were to Google "First Avenue", but if you're part of many mobile users who don't get service in the hills, you're SOL. (For future rentals, please give landmarks!)
Had to ask a local where the place was, and after requesting the host to call me directly, received a curt text as to whether or not I had received their messages. If they had been helpful, I wouldn't have asked them to call. But alas, was able to get to the place, as mentioned, by a local.
I feel the pictures do not show how beautiful this home truly is. We were pleasantly surprised. Get location & stunning views! We will definitely be back to visit again.
This property was so cute, had time of character. Close to everything!! Would highly recommend!

The place was located in a perfect location close to the heart of the town so we were close to everything if I had to pick anything the communication between myself and the property manager was shit. It could have been better.
Quaint little old apartment, right on the mountain!
Very old, yet cool apartment just one block south of Main Street in Jerome. Excellent views of the peaks in Flagstaff and red rocks to the east. Everything in downtown Jerome is walking distance. Tricky stairs to negotiate getting down to property, but that is true of much of Jerome. Loved staying in town.
New to VRBO, we have been on other vacation rental sights for years. Feel free to message us, we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

What makes this property unique
