In the heart of the Auxois, in an old farmhouse completely renovated, close to many tourist sites (Butte de Thil, Semur-en-Auxois, Mont-Saint-Jean, Alésia, Burgundy Canal...). We welcome you very comfortably at the "Catalpa" in the calm of the countryside. Capacity: 8 people (4 bedrooms), shower, separate bathroom, 2 toilets, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, linen provided. Single-storey cottage. Private swimming pool.

Exceeded our expectations. The property is larger than expected, totally modernized, and provided all necessary furnishings for an extended stay. Our six family members (three generations from three different countries) were comfortable and satisfied with our Normier experience
