Appartement bien conçu,bien situé, piscine( attention maillot de bain uniquement) et place de parking a disposition.Bus et vélos libre service a disposition.L appartement dispose de tout le confort,y compris ventilateur au plafond dans le salon et linge de lits ,ce qui est appréciable. Lave vaisselle,lave linge et petit congélateur indépendant sont un plus Petit bémol pour ceux qui cherchent le calme: la promiscuité des balcons et des,appartements empêche parfois, selon les voisins, de profiter pleinement de la quiétude du quartier.Le propriétaire est très agréable et très réactif.

Un appartement bien situé avec possibilité d'aller à la piscine était un en cette période de canicule. Pas de climatisation, il fallait bien fermer les volets avant de partir, le soleil donnant sur toutes les fenêtres. Le ventilateur au plafond n'étant pas suffisant mais il permet de rafraîchir un peu. Le parking souterrain est appréciable. Bon échange avec le propriétaire qui vous reçoit.

Excellant emplacement. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture les deplacements se font à pieds. Equipement plus que correct. Piscine de la résidence très appréciable.
