This cozy, clean ground-level efficiency comfortably sleeps four with a king bed and a queen sleep sofa. Enjoy relaxing on the private patio with comfortable seating after a day at the beach.
Location: Just a few homes from the sand in North Rehoboth Beach—park and walk to the shore!
Parking: Garage parking for one car. A community parking permit is required for all vehicles.
Amenities: Rooftop community pool (open Sunday–Friday, 3–6 PM; closed Saturdays), outdoor shower, Wi-Fi for streaming services only, large courtyard with a Koi pond, coin-operated washer and dryer, and elevator access.
Things to Know: Linens are not supplied but can be rented. Pets are prohibited. No grilling. Reservations must be for seven nights or longer. Enter through the lobby/entrance to access your unit. Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, as long as the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
