Experience ski adventures, just 7 mins away

This is a large duplex hidden at the top of a quiet street with little traffic. Beautiful mountain views from all the windows. Located between Keystone’s River Golf Course, and Lake Dillon, it is just 2.5 miles to Keystone skiing and a short hike to Keystone's Nordic center. Keystone is the only ski resort in the area with night skiing and it is one of the largest in the state.
Keystone ski area has:

-2,870 acres (11.6 km2).
-3,128 feet (953 m) vertical.
-Base elevation: 9,280 feet (2,830 m).
-Summit elevation: 12,408 feet (3,782 m).
-130 trails.
-Degree of difficulty percentages for trails: Easiest-19 percent, More Difficult-32 percent, Most Difficult-49 percent.
-19 Lifts including 2 gondolas, 1 express six-pack and 5 high speed quads.
- The only Night skiing in the area.

Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Copper are all within a 15 minute drive, and Vail is just about 30 minutes away. All the fun of Lake Dillon and the Silverthorne outlets stores are a short drive way as well.

There is a large king bedroom upstairs, with a private bath as well as the loft/TV area. It has a newer comfortable bed, with down comforter and ample pillows. There is also a large closet and 2 dressers.

The main floor has a fully stocked, updated kitchen with everything from microwave to crock pot to stemware. The dining room has a fun pub table with and extra leaf with seating for 7+ and 3 more at the breakfast bar. This unit also includes a 50 inch flat screen HD cable TV and Blu-Ray in upstairs loft. The living room has an easy to use electric fireplace meaning no need to mess with lighting logs but with ample heat to keep you warm on winter nights.

There is a queen bedroom on this floor as well, with an attached bathroom and ample room to spread out. There is one other bedroom with a queen bed on this floor.
There is a one car heated garage (great for ski boots!) with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This condo has FREE Wifi and it can sleep up to 6 in beds, and another twin mattress is available to use on the floor.

It is located near the Swan Mountain Road turn off to Breckenridge. Just down the hill is the paved multi-use path for biking, running, and blading. This path goes to Keystone, Dillon, Breckenridge, and Frisco for your outdoor pleasure. Just down the street, hop on the hiking/snowshoeing trails to get incredible views of the surrounding mountains, golf course, and Lake Dillon. You can hike or run for miles on trails behind the condo.

Also in the neighborhood is a small shopping plaza with pizza, brew pub, coffee shop, bike/ski shop, and the Cala restaurant/pub that often has live music.

Great communication with host and 2 miles from keystone. Everything we wanted from a stay for a few days for skiing. 2 bedrooms with double beds and one with bunk beds. Worked well for our group of four.

Mountain home away from home

This property was great. It was extremely cozy and felt lived in (in a good way). It was as if the owners were out for the week and we were house sitting. The pantries were stocked, there were extra sleds, etc in the garage, and it was just like being at home away from home. Would definitely stay here again. Oh and y’all gave great pillows!

Great experience!

Perfect place for us to stay with our pup! We had everything we needed and more. Easy drive to both Keystone and Copper. There is a beautiful walking trail just down the street where we walked our dog. Plenty of room both inside and out. The owners were super accommodating to the point of allowing us to stay an extra night due to weather conditions on our travel day. Highly recommend!

March 2025 Ski Vacation

Property itself was as described and much larger than we needed. Garage parking was nice given snow most mornings the first week. It is a short drive to Keystone and about 20-25 minutes from Breckenridge. Communication was excellent, before and throughout our stay. We were traveling with two doggies and the owner made them feel very welcome. We would be interested in visiting again. Thank you!

Great pet-friendly stay in Dillon!

Stayed here with my husband, dog, and a few friends over Memorial Day weekend. The duplex was great - kitchen was big and fully equipped, easy access to the back yard for the dog, beds were comfy, and the upstairs loft area was great for hanging out. The only downside was that the large, comfy, living area was upstairs and away from the kitchen - so not great while cooking. Overall though, not a big deal. Kate was super responsive and easy to work with. We'll definitely look to stay here again!

Wonderful mountain getaway

My husband, our 2 year old, and myself LOVED our stay at this wonderful mountain getaway. It was in great location to feel a little off the main street hustle and bustle but so convenient to visit Breckenridge, Keystone, and still get groceries from the local grocery store. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a crockpot & sufficient seasonings so we were able to cook a stew (so nice to come home to after a day in the snow!). The cabin is very clean, had comfortable beds, and beautiful Mountain View’s out nearly every window. My husband particularly liked the warmed garage so he didn’t have to spend each morning scraping the windshield. Absolutely would stay again!

Fantastic Winter Cabin Stay!

We absolutely loved staying at this cabin/duplex! It’s super close to keystone and so conveniently near everything else too! We stayed there for New Year’s Eve, got a ton of snow, yet we had no problem getting in or out of the cabin. Kate was absolutely great to rent from too! She was very responsive and even helped us with the lock, since the door was jammed when we got there (my guess is the cold makes the door stick a little). They had a great selection of games and each bedroom was spacious! Truly wonderful for our family of 4 + grandparents and uncle. We will absolutely be staying here again!! Highly recommend ♥️

Great condo in the mountains

This was the perfect place for our elopement just up the hill at Sapphire Point. Gorgeous views of the mountains, nice neighbors with a friendly dog, and Kate provided lots of information for us and communicated along the way. She worked with us when the front door lock got stuck. Highly recommend for people looking to stay in a cozy neighborhood close to the ski resorts. There’s also a lovely trailhead close by, but familiarize yourself with the hike beforehand so you don’t get lost and all turned around like we did!

Convenient Ski house with plenty of room

This is a really great "dog friendly" 3 level townhouse convenient for skiing Keystone. We actually skied at Copper Mountain as well, and a quick 20 minute drive; Keystone is just a 5 minute drive. We were 5 adults and one dog and all had plenty of room. The house is well appointed and comfortable and well stocked with all manner of kitchen supplies and staples. The 1 car garage is nice to have for cold weather and the residential neighborhood and nearby trail were great for walking our dog. Host was very responsive and accommodating and everything went very smoothly. We will happily return and recommend.

Gorgeous Place, Great Destination

We had a great time staying here for a long weekend while we hit the slopes at Keystone. The place had plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hangout. The two master bedrooms were a huge plus for privacy and space. It was also very convenient having two bathrooms to get ready in the morning. Kitchen was pristine and the living room had everything we needed. It was also nice being able to use the garage and the laundry area. Kate was super accommodating from start to finish and reached out to make sure our stay was going well. We had an issue with the internet but she picked up the phone right away and we figured it out promptly. Overall 10/10 we would definitely stay here again.

First of all, I want to thank Kate for her incredible kindness. We started our vacation on a high note, but due to an emergency, we needed to extend our stay by a day. Kate was extremely kind and helpful. I explained our situation, and even before I asked, she was working with her cleaning team to see if they could adjust their schedule to accommodate the request. This alone is worth a 5 star rating!The home was exactly as described. It was easy to find, even in the dark! The house was clean and well-appointed. All the beds were comfy, and we had more than enough space for our family and pups. It was very nice to take in the mountain scenery from the back patio area, and we enjoyed that very much! I would be very happy to return and would encourage anyone needing a break from a busy world to consider this mountain oasis! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

Great spot!

Came up for Labor Day Weekend to get a bit of hiking in, go hang around the lake, and see a concert. The lake is less than 5 minutes away. The amphitheater is 5-10 minutes tops. Overall, house was clean, neighborhood was solid, and the views are fantastic. Had a great time and would definitely stay again!

My sister and I decided to buy a home together with our families so we could enjoy lots of outdoor time with each other. We love getting our families together in the beautiful Colorado mountains!

Why they chose this property

We looked for several months before finding the perfect place. We love this location because it is so close to everything, including 5 ski areas and Lake Dillon. We love that it is quiet and peaceful but close to the biking path, and that we can hike outside our front door with the driving range is a short walk away.

What makes this property unique

Very close to lots of skiing (including night skiing at Keystone), Lake Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne with easy access to many 14ers as well. We are also pet friendly, unlike most units in the area!
