Independent accommodation located on the garden level of a freshly renovated Tharonaise house. A stone's throw from the sea, in a double cul-de-sac, you can enjoy the singing of the birds and the "coulée verte" just behind the accommodation.

Located on the ground floor of our main residence, the accommodation is accessible by an independent wooden staircase.

Very bright, its three-room organisation - kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom - will allow you to enjoy a comfortable and warm setting.

The accommodation is new as well as its equipment.

Sleeps possible for 2 to 4 people (2 beds simple assemblers in the bedroom + a sofa bed in the living room).

Our family will be very happy to welcome you in this setting where they live every day, laugh, play, garden and rest too, with two small children (7 years / 18 months).
