Nestled in a hamlet in Brittany, in the heart of a protected natural area, 800m from the main beach leading to Trévignon, our house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, close to nature and the ocean. Bright and airy, it offers comfort and space to enjoy wonderful moments with friends and family. Featuring a large living area upstairs, its terrace allows you to appreciate magnificent sunsets in a verdant setting between the sea, dunes, and ponds. The accommodation: Our house, over 250 m², is spread over two floors. The ground floor has three bedrooms, two toilets, and two bathrooms, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and beach shower. The upper floor has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a large living room/kitchen, and an office furnished with a sofa bed, providing a workspace and the possibility of creating an additional bedroom. The playroom also has a double bed. A soundproofed bay window between the main living area and the office provides privacy for work. Outside, you can enjoy an unfenced garden with a swing, a large shed for storing your bicycles, and a bathtub with rainwater harvesting for rinsing your wetsuits. In spring, sheep and their lambs bask near the windows. The nearest beach, 800 metres from the house, is located directly opposite the famous Glénan archipelago. It offers magnificent scenery where the flora and fauna of the ponds and marine environment mingle: reeds, dunes, large rocks at low tide, swans, and numerous other wildlife.
