Balade Ocean - great house!

Balade Ocean is a great place to stay in the Bretagne. The house and the garden a beautiful and the interior is very tastefully designed. It is a quiet place and the beach is not far away.

Äußerst charmantes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Platz, wir haben uns durch die charmante Einrichtung sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Familienurlaub mit 6 Personen war es das perfekte Domizil mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Durch das gute Wetter waren wir oft auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Staudengarten. Bis zum sehr ruhigen Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Die Vermieter É. und A. sind sehr nett. Die Abwicklung war reibungslos. Danke dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus in toller, ruhiger Lage. Sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet, ausgezeichnete Küchenausstattung. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite Mal hier und kommen gerne wieder. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Eine Woche wie Gott in Frankreich

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage nahe zum Strand. Das Haus ist ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und verfügt über einen traumhaften Garten mit maritimem Flair und gemütlichen Sitzecken. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Eine klare Empfehlung für einen schönen Urlaub in der Bretagne !

Schönes Feriendomizil

Das dörflich ruhig gelegene,großzügige und stilvoll eingerichtete Haus bot allen Komfort,den wir brauchten. In 300 m Entfernung erreicht man einen Naturstrand und einen wandernswerten Küstenpfad. In Tagestouren sind etliche sehenswerte Städte und Orte zu erreichen. Zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ist ein Gefährt von Nöten. Nicht zuletzt sind die sehr netten Vermieter zu erwähnen. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Wir reisten im Frühsommer, 2 Ehepaare. Sehr schönes Haus in Meeresnähe (300 m), ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Weiler (nachts begleitet vom Klang der Meeresbrandung... herrlich!). Absolut sympathischer Empfang durch die Eigentümer. Aufteilung des wirklich gut und persönlich eingerichteten Hauses für 2 Paare oder für Familien perfekt. Die Terrasse mit dem sehr schönen Garten ist die gelungene Fortsetzung der bezaubernden Atmosphäre des Hauses. WIR KOMMEN WIEDER. Merci Eliane et Alain. P.E.

Balade Oceane is een prachtig geschakeld huis. Grote woonkamer ruime slaapkamers en alles is prima onderhouden. De tuin is voor het overgrote deel begroeit. Mag van mij wat minder, maar dat is persoonlijk. Stoelen, twee ligbedden en een verscholen loungeset bieden genoeg zitcomfort in de tuin. Tuin ligt op het zuiden. Mooie van dit huis is dat het op loopafstand van een prachtig strand is. Eén minpuntje is de trage internetverbinding, maar dat is vaak met een huis ver buiten de bebouwde kom.

Balade Océane

Wunderschönes, sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit sehr schönem kleinen Garten. Tolle Lage, ganz nah am Meer mit schönen Wanderwegen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge. Und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Wir werden eines Tages sicher wiederkommen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle demeure présentant toutes les prestations annoncées: propreté impeccable, trés bien équipée, literie parfaite. Trés bien placée: calme, nature, à côté de la plage. Une petite remarque: pour ce tarif, les draps devraient être inclus.

Gute ausgestattetes und großzügiges Haus mit herzlichen Gastgebern. Ruhige Lage, auf der Terrasse hört man die Brandung des nahen Strandes. Lediglich die Internetgeschwindigkeit ist verbesserungswürdig. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Tagestouren in die gesamte Cornouaille.

Gutes Haus, Küchenausstattung könnte besser werden (Pfannen kaum zu gebrauchen, Tassen zu wenig, Küchenmesser instabil und stumpf). Bettdecken teilweise mit klumpiger Füllung.

Die Küchenausstattung wurde ergänzt und die Messer sowie die Pfannen wurden ausgetauscht. Die Bettdecken sind neu, die Füllung wurde aufgelockert.

Très bon accueil d'Eliane et Alain, maison superbe, agréable, chaleureuse, bien située. Région magnifique, plage accessible à pieds. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.
