It is very spacious and equipped with the latest technology, featuring a bathroom/toilet
, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, hallway, and balcony.
Modern yet very cosy.
The large, south-facing living room features two new, comfortable sofas that convert into beds and opens onto a south-facing balcony with a sun awning and wicker furniture.
The first bedroom has a new box-spring bed, and the second has a new upholstered bed, as well as its own TV and a second toilet. Bed linens, hand towels, and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen-living room features a cosy sitting area and is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker).
The bathroom has a bathtub with a folding shower screen and a towel warmer; a bath board is available for guests with disabilities.
The holiday rental has its own parking space and a storage room for skis and bikes.
A cot and a high chair are available for small children.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Winterurlaub

Top Kommunikation, Top Lage ( einmal umgefallen und du bist beim Bäcker, Metzger, Skiverleih, Bahnhof, Edeka) und gute Ausstattung. Nach einer Woche Skikurs, Langlaufen, Bergsteigen, Schwimmbad (Schliersee) hat uns auch noch ein Wintertraum mit Neuschnee und Sonne erreicht und bestens verabschiedet. Eine super Woche

Freundliche Gastgeber, gemütliche Einrichtung

Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral und man kann fußläufug zum Bäcker, zur Bank, zur Post, zum Supermarkt. Die Einrichtung ist bayrisch gemütlich, die Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zeer mooi en comfortabel vakantiehuis

Zeer mooi en comfortabel vakantiehuis. Complete keuken, ruime slaapkamers (met geweldige bedden) en woonkamer met balkon. Alles was zeer schoon. Centraal gelegen in Bayrischzell. Alle inkopen kunnen te voet gedaan worden ( bakker/ Konditorei, slager en supermarkt binnen 100 meter afstand). Restaurants, bushalte en treinstation in directe nabijheid. Goed startpunt voor wandeling, hicking, fietsen en ATB parkoers. Mevrouw Schweiger is zeer vriendelijke en staat altijd klaar om al je vragen te beantwoorden. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen. Zeker aan te bevelen !
