Includes three air-conditioned bedrooms and two shower rooms.
The property boasts a pool secured by an alarm, a terrace with a pergola, and a barbecue, all set within a lovely 350 m² Mediterranean garden furnished with an outdoor seating area. Both the villa and the garden are west-facing.
Town center shops and the harbor are 200 meters away; Portissol Beach is 500 meters away.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, TV lounge with direct access to the garden and pool, fully equipped kitchen, and guest toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.
First floor: Master double bedroom (160cm bed) with TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower) with separate toilet. Two additional double bedrooms (160cm beds) sharing a shower room (walk-in shower and double sinks) and a separate toilet. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

Sanary-sur-Mer, 13 km from Toulon and 49 km from Marseille, with its authentic typical Mediterranean fishing port, its pedestrian streets lined with small shops, its good restaurants and its pretty squares cooled by fountains, is a renowned tourist town, both relaxing and lively, where you will be sure to have a good holiday whatever the season !
It offers a huge variety of colourful landscapes and natural sandy beaches (Portissol, Plage Dorée, La Gorguette, Bonnegrâce, Beaucours...) in a sunny setting most of the year. Many activities are at your disposal: sailing, scuba diving, tennis, climbing, hiking, fishing, cinema, gaming casino... not to mention the inevitable sea and sun bathing! The city, whose market was voted in 2018 "the most beautiful market in France", offers you the best of local products as well as fresh fish from the fishermen and fresh flowers every morning on the port. In the summer you can also enjoy a night market, offering handicrafts. Many sea excursions leave from the port to discover marine animals (whales, sperm whales, dolphins...) but also the natural beauty of the islands (Porquerolles, Les Embiez, Bendor) and the Calanques of Cassis!
The port is also a hotspot for festivities throughout the year (Fête des traditions, Printemps de Sanary, Just Rosé, Fête de la Musique et de la Danse and many other activities offered by local multicultural associations) including for the end of year celebrations (its superb illuminations are now famous).
