In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking (for 4 cars), single garage. Shop 3 km, bus stop 1.6 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
