You will love this brand new home in the Sweetwater subdivision of Bear Lake. Both lower and main floors are ideal gathering places for a large group. Between the extra refrigerator, private BBQ grill, and large deck, you'll have everything you need to make and enjoy delicious meals as you take in the stunning views of the lake. The gorgeously engineered flooring on the main floors and high traffic areas create a sleek and clean feel throughout the entire home. The basement living area has a large sectional. This home is walking distance to the golf course and less than 20 miles from Beaver Mountain Ski Area.

In addition to all of the amazing things about the home itself, one of the best amenities included is access to Ideal Beach. Ideal Beach has access to the beautiful private beach (one of the best on the lake!), Ideal Beach is just a short drive away and has heated pools, hot tubs, dry saunas, water slides, mini golf (for a small fee), open green spaces, picnic tables, playgrounds and tennis/pickleball/volleyball/basketball courts. There are also miles of trails surrounding this home, perfect for hiking, 4-wheelers, side-by-sides, ATVs, snowshoes, or snow mobiles! You'll have so much to do that you'll want to extend your stay by an extra day or two in order to be able to get it all in!
**Please note, amenities are not located at the home. It is necessary to drive to Ideal Beach, 1.7 miles from home. The pool/hot tub are located at Ideal Beach, not the home**

Ideal Beach Access

Very clean new property and good bed configuration. Access to Ideal Beach (less than 5 minutes away) was a big plus, especially convenient with smaller children.

Bear Lake reunion

Super great location--near the city and Ideal Beach. Checkin was simple. Kitchen was FULLY stocked--lots of pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cooking oil, spices, etc. WiFi worked great for all 9 adults. TV's were abundant. Lots of places to sleep--lots of beds. We really enjoyed the two large living spaces where kids could spread out. They had a great selection of toys for the kids. Pickleball/basketball court was used A LOT.

Beautiful spacious properth!

What a great way for our family to ring in the new year. This property is new, clean, and well appointed. My son in law fell in love with the kitchen which has everything you need to cook for a large group. We would love to stay again in the summer.

Awesome Family Retreat

This property was just perfect for our annual family retreat (20 people - adults, teenagers and children). Loved having the two kitchens - the upstairs kitchen was well-stocked and made meals easy to prepare. The bedroom configuration was perfect - and loved that there were plenty of bathrooms. There was plenty of space for gathering - and especially loved the sports court! Access to Ideal Beach Resort was so fun and made visiting Bear Lake easy. All in all - we had a wonderful time together!

Wonderful Bear Lake House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bear Lake Hillside Retreat during a weekend get-a-away with our children and their families. The view of the lake from the deck was wonderful. We found the beds to be very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with gathering areas upstairs and downstairs. Having two refrigerators was very helpful! The sports court was a hit with our grandchildren. Having access to Ideal Beach was a very nice bonus. This is a wonderful house for a few people to a large group. Our extended family of 16 (ages 9 months to adulthood) never felt crowded and were all very comfortably accommodated.

Fabulous home for our large group

When looking for a location that would offer incredible amenities and space for multiple large families we were so thrilled to find this home. Not only was it beautiful and well decorated but it offered so many extras such as a second kitchen in the lower area that made it feel like the main floor and plenty of kitchen ware for cooking and dining. We loved playing pickleball in the sport court right out the front door and the avaliable equipment for activities at the beach was so helpful. Access to Ideal Beach was so amazing and we were able to rent jet ski's at a better rate then being on the main beachs. Great rooms and bathrooms with extra towels and blankets was so helpful not to mention the extra onsite parking. You thought of everything and the price was so reasonable it really made our stay special. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home, we highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Bear Lake!

Beautiful Home & Great Location

Great home. The location was perfect. Not too far up the hill to get to the beach, but enough that the view was amazing from the deck.There is a new sports court out front that is not in the pictures. The little kids loved this and we loved the fact that it was all fenced in so they couldn't get on the road. Also, there are quite a few stairs between the two floors, so if you have trouble with stairs or any disabled people, that would be a problem. Loved the home decor. Ample beds. The house is stocked with just about everything you need, including beach toys and chairs in the garage. We had a problem with one of the appliances and the manager was super quick to respond. The only reason we gave cleanliness a four is that we did find wrappers and food left by the last occupants on the floor and stairs. Would definately rent this home again!
