The SandPiper

Newly renovated 2-Family Home! Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

This property has two apartments. The Sandpiper Apt. 1 and Aqua Vista Apt.2 (see listing on VRBO website that can accommodate 12 people when available at the same time for larger families and wedding parties. (PLEASE NOTE - that outdoor BBQ and is only available from April to November.)

Host was always available to respond to my questions.The fridge was not clean. The cleaner could have paid a bit more attention to crumbs and expired milk. Please add a clean kitchen sponge and ensure dishes in the dishwasher are washed.Otherwise the stay was smooth and pleasant. Would be helpful to add a peeler and a writing implement (pens and a paper pad).

Great accommodation for our family of 4. Extended family rented next door. We were in town for a wedding and house was close to everything. Check in and communication were excellent. House was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Was nice to be able to walk into town for meals and shopping. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
