Emma's Garden in Hayden

Custom built w understated elegance in a modern & functional floor plan. Quality sheets and a down comforter, all on a Tempurpedic mattress on the only queen bed. Futon couch is 3rd person bed (3 guests max). Oversized bathtub/shower, large vanity, quartz countertops, separated 2nd sink/kitchenette area with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge and microwave. Separated private entrance & patio w 24hr contactless self check-in & private secure parking on far side of my home on nearly an acre. Only shared wall is with Boat garage. Close to Honeysuckle Beach and downtown.

I'm a non-smoker, non- drinker (I find reality in nature to be intoxicating :). Definitely strive to leave everything I touch better than it was when I found it. I Live A Charmed Life.

Why they chose this property

We built this space in 2019 for our married children when they come to visit us, and designed it to be exactly what we want when we travel; clean, high quality, functional elegance, with everything one needs for a short stay. It has only one shared wall with our space and that's to my oversized boat garage.

What makes this property unique

Parking is 15' away from your door, private and secure. The bed is heavenly. The bathtub and shower have great pressure and 100 gallons of hot water. Separated kitchenette/sink area keeps the bathroom vanity exclusively for cosmetics and toiletries. Only one shared wall; with my garage where I'll hardly ever be.
