While deep cleans aren’t performed after every guest, they are scheduled regularly in addition to thorough cleanings before each stay. Regarding the air hockey table, our team did test it after your departure and found it to be functioning, but we’ll continue monitoring it closely in case further attention is needed. As for the pests, we understand how unsettling that can be. Florida’s sub-tropical climate does make sightings of insects or small critters more common, even with routine professional pest control, which we do have in place and have confirmed is up to date. We're always here to assist during your stay, and we truly wish we had heard from you at the time so we could have addressed your concerns promptly. Additionally, our pest control team has thoroughly checked the home and confirmed that it is now pest-free.
