House in Provence with a garden and an above-ground pool

I rent my main house of 85 m2 in the village.

The village of Eguilles, typically Provençal, has one of the most beautiful panoramas of the Aix region.
The house is located 1 km from the centre with all amenities: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, butcher, cheese shop, wine cellar, tobacconist, greengrocer, restaurants and market on Tuesday mornings.
10 15 min from the centre of Aix en Provence
20min from the TGV station
30min from Marseille/Marignane airport.
40 min from the beaches of the blue coast and Cassis, the Luberon and the Baux de Provence.

On the ground floor 1 separate toilet.

1 garden of 350m2 including an above ground swimming pool (from May to September) and 2 parking spaces.
We do not accept pets.
The area and the setting are very nice, please do not have parties or parties.

Cleaning will be charged 60€.
