The swimming pool in teak warmed (water in 29°C) is in a beautiful room(part,play) of 40m2, with stone veneer in walls, totally covered by a roof with a velux in the ceiling. The rest 70m2 establishes(constitutes) the part(party) house.

We reach the swimming pool directly by the stay (plate glass window) and by the terrace (plate glass window).

Construction on new 2011, wooden facade and big plate glass windows looking onto a beautiful terrace of 50m2 and a garden raised by pines, closed and private of 800m2 (without face to face) with parking .

Ideal stay with any comfort, to visit Provence, in 10min of the city center of Aix en Provence
