Great location for Denver Tech Center, well furnished, and very responsive host

This 1 bedroom, first floor condo, is in a nice condo complex. It's walking distance to some DTC offices and buildings. The furnishings were complete. Also, Nancy, the host, was most responsive to any questions we had.

A worthwhile stay

Very clean and nicely decorated. Overall quite a good stay. Note, though, that this is a ground-floor unit in a two-story building, so there can be a significant amount of foot noise from the unit above, though in most cases it was quiet by bedtime. The appliances are also a bit "shopworn". But it's definitely better than most if not all budget hotels. So I recommend it if you're looking for a perfectly decent place at an affordable price.

Hi David: Thank you for staying at our condo and your review. As a two-story condo, residents in the adjacent units come and go during the day. As you mentioned, they are respectful of neighbors and limit activities and noise during quiet times in the evening and at night. We have made sure that all kitchen appliances are clean, functional and in good working order. To keep rental fees low and affordable to guests, we have not upgraded to the latest and top of the line appliances. Our past guests have found that the kitchen and appliances meet all of their cooking needs during their stay. Thank you again for your stay and we welcome you back again. Have a nice summer!

Extremely easy renting and check-in process. Nancy was friendly, communicative, and all around a superb host the entire trip! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable in her place. Would absolutely love to rent from her again.
