About this property

Charming Studio 2 Blocks from Light Rail & Downtown Bike Path!

Our cute 300 sq.ft. private studio is a connected to the back of our home and is a perfect space for a weekend getaway or an extended stay! We've made perfect use of the space with a queen bed. We also have a 4" thick full-size memory foam floor mattress for additional guest sleeping. It's equipped with a full bathroom, large closet, new washer/dryer combo and a kitchenette for your cooking needs. The space also meets up to the large backyard and patio area for your use as well!

The proximity of our home is very close to the Knox light rail station (6 minute walk) and the Paco Sanchez bike path which leads you directly downtown!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Quiet hours are at 10pm-8am Sunday-Thursday and 11pm Friday-Saturday. Please do not run washer/dryer during quiet hours without expressed permission.
Smoking/vaping is not allowed in the studio but feel free to do so in the backyard. Please keep all edibles, flower, etc in sealed containers indoors.
Please use provided makeup remover wipes prior to using towels. Any towels found stained, booking guest will be charged $15 per replacement.

2 free bikes to use at your convenience! Bike locks and pump provided. (only available Spring - Fall)

- Agreeing to use the provided bikes, the guest accepts all risk and responsibility of operating the bicycle and checking for maintenance issues. Also, replacement of severely damaged or lost bike is $100. Please give us at least 3 days advance notice if you want to use the bikes so we can ensure they are ready for you.
