Lots of room, great location

Location in Dover was great, including easy walking distance (1/2 block) to downtown one way and the train station the other. Lots of space, well stocked. It is up stairs, so be aware. Host was very cooperative

Good base for exploration

Simple set up near the train station; functional kitchen. Good communication. Heads up--the train whistle is *loud* and runs occasionally through the night.

be aware of train noise all night

The place was clean and ok for the price, not a lot of amenities. Unfortunately, it is right next to a busy amtrak station and train whistles were very loud and lasted all night. Surprised it was never mentioned in the reviews. Check in easy and manager was nice but I could not stay there and get no sleep so I went to a hotel. Manager was very nice and said he would refund me but I have not received it (2 weeks later)
