Hello Amber, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. However, I’m truly sorry that several aspects of the property did not meet your expectations, particularly in terms of aesthetics, cleanliness, and maintenance. We strive to offer a well-maintained and comfortable environment, and I apologize that we fell short this time. Had we known about these issues during your stay, we would have promptly sent a cleaner and a maintenance person to address the hot water, and shower door. While maintenance issues can arise in any vacation rental, we are committed to addressing them quickly. We are also sorry for the trouble with the golf cart, but glad we were able to get it repaired for you promptly. We truly value your feedback as it will help us make necessary improvements. We hope you’ll give us another chance to provide a better experience in the future.
