Cook a little dinner on the gas range in the fully remodeled kitchen updated with stainless steel appliances also with filtered water and ice in the refrigerator. Seating for 6+ in the dining area that’s open to the living room & kitchen.
Two queen bedrooms on main floor and blowup queen mattess to accomodate 6. Full bath located right outside to queen bedrooms on the main floor and half bath in lower level. Home is equipped with smart TV's in upstairs living room, lower level family room and all bedrooms.
Enjoy grilling on the back deck with patio chairs and table, or pull up an adirondack and have a bon fire. Turn the Edison lights on overhead and have some great conversations.

We are a fun loving family of five, always up for an adventure! We own and operate three family businesses with myself, husband and three adult daughters all involved in every business.
Why they chose this property
The Broad Ripple area is, simply put, charming.
We are about 3/4 miles from Broad Ripple Village which offers many independent restaurants on the canal. Our home is about 1/4 mile from Broad Ripple Park which offers an outdoor pool, a boat launch to the White River, play equipment, trails for running/walking along with soccer fields and volleyball courts. Plenty of free parking. The home is about 1.2 miles from the Indianapolis Art Center which offers classes, education, exhibits as well as an immersive outdoor art experience. Located on 9.5 acres on the White River. The Monon Trail is about 3/4 mile from our home. It offers 4.4 miles to jog/walk/bike and prohibits motorized vehicals.
